vale of ruins problems

After getting the code for the moon birdge in the vale of ruins, I can't seem to activate it, I havent' done the shadow ruins yet, but otherwise everything else I am supposed to do is done, I am supposed to go there both for the deathlord mission and for the vial of valdane's blood. Am I doing something out of order, or is there a glitch in the game??What do you suggest?

I had the same problem. Staroxia directs you to tell Grymlok the secret phrase, but when you go there you don't have a menu to utter the words to him...After I had found my third Relic of Power in the Shadow Ruins, and placed it in Talendor, I had to go back to Staroxia, then I went back to Grimey again and there was a menu with the magic words below Trade...he'll then give you the moonbridge key to the Vale...Good luck!

well I went thropugh teh shadow ruins, and still nthing. I'm level 19, and have 3 of teh relics, so I don't know what could be stopping me from using the moon bridges to get there, but when I try they fire off like I'm going to go, but instead of a destination all I get is a box that says moon bridge, anyone have any help for me??

Have you tried going to a different bridge then try porting to the Vale? I've had times where I don't port to my destination, but usually a second attempt works.

I finally managed to do it, but I had to go to the moon bridge at the northlands, and I have suspicions that the order you key the symbols may have something to do with is, the first time I tried I went to every moon bridge and none of them would let me go there, so I'm not sure, probably just a bug or something

Sounds like you may have something there...I have always gone to the Vale of Ruin from the Northlands Moonbridge, because thats the closest one to Grimey's tower...so I could not say for certain. I'll investigate this further with one of my multiple chars.
