Tomb of Lost Souls Bug

I have completed all precurser quests including messanger, Maessanger actually removes passwords I receiver earlier from log. When I gate bach to the tomb area I get forbiden message at entrance and no dialoge screen. I must have done something out of order but not sure what

I had the same problem, I read somewhere u need to get the details on the quest from the messenger, not just accept the quest. This is what I did, so I went to a save before the messenger and went on to the shadow ruins. I'll wait for the patch before trying it again.
