| If you're in the little area with the elevator and the blood pool, then that's bad. Sometimes you can close a door when you're on the "wrong" side of it, and lock yourself in somewhere, and it looks like that's what happened to you. Possibly you can change your position using the saved game editor, but the easiest solution is to go back to an earlier saved game.
