stuck and requesting aid.

i have tried three times to get into arindale but, am constantly told that i need to get the mark(collectors edition). so, i have gone to lake lohr and the tower there, and defeatedthe shade guarding it. but, then when i go to climb the top ladder, i my character gets to the top of the ladder and goes no further but loks like he is still climbing. i am unable to get to the top ofthe tower, into arindale, anything. how do i continue?

Either you are playing an Urgoth char, or you are on the wrong side of the ladder. My guess is that it is the former. There is a 'sticky' link regarding your problem if this is the case. If you are a non-Urgoth, then you are probably trying to climb the wrong side of the ladder.
