Stuck again !!!!

I am in Arindale, with the trial of the elders. I am at the point were the T's are and I should have went to step on them so I can stop the spirits. but on big bug, I fell in the water !

How can I get back up!!!!

Lol. Poor bugger, walk back to the entrance area...in one of the corners there is a lift. The game is still fun even after you read then walkthrough I found(hint, hint).
