My friend and i beat the game on hard and now were back at the start killing everything in 1 or 2 hits. I know that an increased amount of spend advance points wil make monsters better but isnt there a way to give all monster a huge power and HP boost without overpowering yourself?

Actually, if you have a very high vitality, it takes many more hits to really damage an opponent. For instance, by hex editing vitality and having something like the following

10000/11

you can take out powerful opponents with 1 hit, two hits at the most. But using the save editor resets the vitality to equal sides. In vitality, the right hand side is for opponents (11). Therefore if you had something like 100/100, opponents would be much more powerful.

Realise the higher your vitality on both sides, the more trouble you have with opposition.
