Stat-advice for a Hatamoto and a Warwitch

My character's going to be a Fighter/Mage/Samurai/Battlemage/Hatamoto. After I've taken his stats to requirements for his classes, on which abilities/skills should I keep focussing and why?
Same question for an Adept/Mage/Enchantress/Battlemage/War Witch.

Thanks in advance!

Magic skills keep helping you the more points you put into them. Equipment skills only help you until you meet the minimum requirements for your gear.

Because of the above, point distribution isn't too complicated in Dungeon Lords.

What about stats? How much does an increase in STR, DEX, AGI, etc help you in the long run?

Thanks for the answer, though.

stats

as far as stats go
str- higher str gives u damage bonus, think u dont see any tell over 20 i beieve but once u do, melee weapons do more damage.
agi- affects your parry and dodge, ie dont get hit easily, less damage taken equals less damge to heal overall you know
dex- affects your to hit and parry again, higher dex mean you hit more obviously and parry again means u dont get hit.

so all have there uses, i focus on all my stats early on especially int(effects learning all skills, play female elf i have int around 80 by time im out of sewers) makes learning everything easier. just my opion thou. and get all my abilities up early on then focus on skills, after u get learning bonus from your classes.
