Skull of the Fiend
has anyone picked up this item? I got it in the Tomb of souls (It is a neck bracer) But it dies not list any information when you put it on. I am guessing this is something that was unfinished in the game???

It doesn't do anything but it is worth a lot of gold. You should get about 20,000 for it in Anindale. D
