shugenka class quest help

Hello everyone i am new 2 the game, and new 2 game banshee games.
When choosing my second tier classes i chose 2 go with the eastern house class shugenka, i was told to find and kill the evil shugenka, ona ????? ----yeah, that guy.
Anyways after making my way back 2 arindale via a moonstone and traveling 2 lake hodean i have traveled every inch of the grasslands south and have only found a campfire where this guy is suppossed 2 be,<or close 2 it by the maps on this site>???????
i cannot advance in this class without finding him but even with the 1.3 update he just doesnt exsist.
Anything short of starting over that i can do 2 find him? Anything i missed before taking that class mission?

Just to be clear, did you look here? The guy you want to kill should appear south of that campfire.

yeah, i have looked in that spot and was just curious if i had 2 do something first or had 2 approach that spot at a perticular time.
