Shadow Ruins- Water Jump area

I've read every post and walkthrough based on this area of the Shadow Ruins and I was completely dreading it. My fear was unfounded. I did it on the first try. The best method (IMHO) has been described before: back the camera up a bit, use the Time Crystal, walk through the shadow gate, go to the southeast corner, wait for the last pedestal to just start dropping, and then jump, jump, jump, jump. Having the mouse sensitivity tuned up a bit helps when you want to turn without having to move your hand much.
