question about rings ...

I have a couple of rings - they have 1 charge or 2 charges -

am I missing something? what does that "charge" do?

You find them in your invoke menu. If you click on them you'll find out what is their charge. Example; colding ring = ice ball, ring of horror = fear and burning ring = fire ball. You can put at least some if not all of them in your quick menu and use them even if you’re not wearing them. D
