Question about Nauselom??

Hey, I have loaded the battle with Nauselom more than once, and each time after we battle for a while, he just keeps regenerating! I have hit him multiple times with the Staff of Divinity, but he still regenerates. Also, after a while, NONE of the majical strikes work, his spells don't even reach me, they just stop when he tries to fire. Also, my staff says I have 3/3 or 2/3 or whatever strikes, but it makes the sounds and gestures, but no lightning shoots from the staff!! I just keep running around dodging the minions he spawns every 2 seconds! Help!

Have you hit him with the actual staff, or only with the magical attacks? I know there have been multiple discussions about Nauselom, with people having close to the same problem, but I don't know if anything was ever resolved. So you might want to search the forum to see if you find anything useful.

So you can hit Nauselom with the actual staff and not just with the lightning that shoots from it?? I will have to try this out, and hopefully it works! I have been lucky enough not to have any bugs..well, ecxept that when I killed the dude you raise from the dead when you sprinkle the dust on the Devil's Moon he didn't drop the evil icon that I was supposed to bring back...but thanks!

Yes - you need to melee attack him at least once withthe staff.

This can be hard to do - because the betweeb the ligth displays of his magic weapon, your magic weapon, and flying spells - Plus the constand knock back you get ever time he hits you - you can't be really certain if you hit him with a melee attack or not.

I happend to hace a powerful mage with LOTS of nova blast -After I hit him with the staf of divinty, I just kept running in circles launching nova blast - I noticed at first he was still regenerating - so I meleed him again with the staf -the went back to the nova blast- this time he stoped regerating - and it just took a few minutes to kill him off.

Hey just wanted to say thanks about the hint! I FINALLY beat him! Now I'm just racking up adv points to meet the requirements of Staroxia and her to activate the amulet!
