Ingame timeclock and screenshots

Just strated playing this game, borrowed the cd from my brother and its awesome, im thinking of getting the CE version, because i like to have all the goodies

now i noticed there is a ingame time, i hate the dark... But is it possible to show the clock onscreen in the game? Or am i stuck with carefully looking at the skys to see when its turning dark?

And screenshots, are they possible from within the game? I somewere read that you had to press print screen, but that doesnt save anything, it just keeps the last image loaded in the memory, so you would have to get away from the game open a editor like paint and paste and save...
If this game doesnt support ingame ss i think i'll use fraps or hypersnap.. But ingame would be a lot easyer..

Exclamation

Dungeon Lords runs on a 16 hour day, and the game starts at 8 p.m. in a new game.

3Danalyzer will allow you to run windowed, and alt-tab is possible so you can switch from game to another running program, then back to the game again. The latest version of 3Danalyzer can be downloaded. In the program, the ONLY option you should choose is "Force windowed mode" and you have to tell it (or show it) where the game.exe is located.

Use Fraps to take Screen shots, yes Print Screen works also.
FRAPS show fps, record video game movies, screen capture software

If you rest at a fireplace or a campfire, you'll see what time it is. But that's the only way to see the time, so far as I know.

Dungeon Lords starts at 8 p.m. on day 1. Each day is 16 hours and consecutive days never start or end by the clock. For instance, day 2 begins at approximately 4 p.m. the following day after starting a new game.

In the following three paragraphs, a hex editor is needed (I use hex workshop 4.2)

In version 1.4, the day/time location in the save game starts at 56285 bytes from the end of the file, or 24472 bytes before the first letter of the last occurrence of character name.

In version 1.5/CE, the day/time location in the save game starts at 55691 bytes from the end of the file, or 22228 bytes before the first letter of the last occurrence of character name.

You can keep resetting the time to 8 a.m. on day 1 to always be in daylight. Doing this doesn’t harm the game. The hex information in the save game is approximately the following 50C301. The 50C3 is a reversed value of 50000 unsigned short, and the 01 is day one.
