I can not summon DEATHLORD

I mixed everything and when i click on his picture my character do the magic but nothing hapens.

this happened to me... if your spell is Nether spell level 9 and your nether magic level is 5 or 6 then the spell discharges without any beast conjured... try to raise your nether spell level to equal or higher than the spell you are casting... also... if you are under attack, then sometimes your spell gets disturbed during the cast... and then nothing happens... (you just wasted a spell...)
