Hot to get into hall of lords?

I got this magic relic (horn of... the wizard who died) I'm supposed to go to arindale and talk to the Lord who runs this town so that I could enter the great tower. Well you know what I mean.
Someone told me that a guy in the house of tiger is supposed to give me a quest that will allow me to get into the hall of lords. For now, he only offers me to join the house of tiger (I already joined fighters guild). Should I join or did I miss something?

The tiger house isn't a guild, so it won't interfere with your fighter's guild quests. You need to start the Way of the Tiger to get anywhere in Arindale.

Another example of the shi##iness of this game. Please advise everyone not to buy this game. Let's put these jokers out of business. $40+ for this crap. I'd rather go to a Phillies game.

OK....whatever, then go do it and stop whinning.

Note, that you don't have to join the house, he only asks you if you want to learn the way of the tiger. That is a bit confusing, but remember, anytime an npc asks you to join a guild, they will give you an option to join now or join later and sometimes a never ask me again option. So, when you see this, be aware, when you don't then just go ahead with it.
