Help in Shadow Ruins plz

I freed the head knight from the wraiths and then placed the sword in the statue's hand so 3 out of 4 glyphs are lit up to open the shadow Gate, where is the last Glyph I cant seem to figure this one out.

what were the runes that you've been to, (flaming platforms, followng the knight, the red rune, the knight/monster hallway). If its the knight monster hallway, keep running in the portal where the knight side is you'll eventually get to a rune.

Ok let's see.......
I have climbed the tall tower after the flame walls and activated the glyph on top, I fought the two guuys in the room with the wading pool in the center abd activated the Glyph in that room, I found Kingston and got his sword back for him and activated the glyph on top of the raised small kiosk where it sinks to the floor and becomes flush with the floor when you activate it, I went back to the room where, Kingston is which is where the Rune Gate is with 3 lit glyphs I need to find the last and 4th one to activate the Rune Gate, There are 3 Shadow Gates in this room , one leads to Kingston's statue where he is now holding the purple sword, The other leads to the platforms and poisen water and the 3rd leads to the lit plat forms that u leap across to get to otherside and main Castle, But. there is also another shadow gate directly across and when I enter it Im in a little room with another shadow gate on the opposite side I go thru it and I keep ending up back in the small room, can anyone give me the answer where the 4th Rune is and please be very specific, Thanks

Trying to follow the new rules and keep topics together:
I'm also stumped in the Shadow ruins. I got the sword, followed the lord-what's-his-name and got the glyph that's in the room with his statue(where you place the sword). Now I'm stumped. Where do I go now to get the other 3 runes?

Oh -I went through the room with the 4 bashers on platforms in the corners(there's a shadow gate in the floor if you fall), and I've killed 3 of the bashers BUT they fall into the area below the platforms where I can't get them or anything they drop. Please tell me they don't drop anything I need! I went through that room to the next shadow gate and there are 3 statues in a row in the center of the room?

Ok -I think it's the "flaming platforms" one I haven't gotten yet.
Any hints as to where it even is?

To get to the Flaming platforms just take a right as you come out of the very first hallway and theres a shadow gate, that leads to the flaming platforms.

Seattle Goth, Please read my post again. the small room you are in is the knight/monster hallway. Look at the murals on the walls youll notice a monster and a knight keep running at the portals in the direction/side of the knight and you'll finally end up in the island voids. This part im sure you know how to get out off, then you'll end up in a room with the rune. Hope that solves your problem

Where can I get the the red rune ?

I got the runes from monster/knight, from the way with the flaming platforms and from the way with the platforms in the water.

Still the upper-left is missing.

if you go straight forward instead of right when you see the 5 "runes" on the floor and go in to the shadowgate at the end of that corridor, then you are in an big "room" with 4 guard athenas? (each on a platform and a big hole in the floor shadow gate).. well.. from there you have to take the crystal from the hole in the wall from left to the altar in the hole to your right, after that an shadowgate will open on the other side of the room wich leads to the next puzzle for your 4th rune... gl

so i got into the next room with 3 guardians and a lot of random monsters... 4 shadowgates, only 1 active... and thatone leads to floating islands where portal leads to the same room whit 3 guardians.... confused

yes.. when you find the Shadowgate wich lead you back to the 3 guardians, do not go into that gate, take the other one wich leads you to a level with a chest on it, open that chest take whats in it, find the shadowgate back to the 3 athenas, put a stone in one of them to wake him up (the stone was in the chest) kill, then another gate will open to the same thing in thatone.... etc.

Hi everybody!
I am stuck in Shadow Ruins.

I opened the big Shadow Gate with the four Glyphs, and when I go into that Shadow Gate, I'm in a room with 3 shadow gates. If I enter any of these 3 shadow gates I'm in a long room with 2 templar knights. some crates and some things on the wall that create fire. Now what to do?? The hole is too long so if i fall down into it, then I'm under the room and there's a shadow gate down there that leads to the big space (the big stone platforms) and when I find the exit i'm back again in the room with the two templar knights and the fires on the wall etc. What to do now?? PLEASE HELP!!!! THX

Check the game banshee walkthrough, it will list what you need to do. Hint, the trick is in the statues.
