I have finished the Naga temple, freed Valdane and got back to the Rohan tents to find Lord Graemare and is not there.Where can i find him??Can i go to Vartugg if i haven't found him and return the vial???

Like darkpark says. You are not supposed to find him again. he is gone for good. in fact, you don't even need to look for him again. it is planned that players will quest for vartugg, so go back and get the quest.

so I talked to the little guy ( hint) *I went looking for the father too*and he said .."Do you have my letter ?"
what letter the guy is not even there.!!!!

it loops for awhile and now he send me to the vale of ruin
which is in an Island and I don't know how to get there..

flying?? yea...teletransport...sure.. o wait, levitation.

what ever.

For the Vale of Ruin (which also contains an Artefact of Power) you need to talk to Staroxia and Grymlock to get the combination for the Moongate to get there.
