Guild Quest HELP please!!!!

Bueno skilled gamers I need clarification!!!

I have the 1.3 patch, I'm level 24 and have found three of the relics of power(sdw rns, horn, naga tmple) and am enjoying the game, but I have a problem with guild quests.
Presently I have earned seven heraldries from Eastern house: Drgn quest, tiger qst, drgn tiger qst (protect senseiYamamatsu), and Kenjasai quest in Vale o Ruin. Fighter quests: initiation, Sir Falen, and knight (Bruvane defeated). Mage quests: initiation quest.
Well thats where I stand and nobody offers me new quests. The eastern houses have no new dialogue (I've tried Arindale and Fargrove), the mages have no new dialogue (tried Fargrove, Skuldoon, and the crazy lady and her kitty puke), and the fighters after recieving knight quests again no new dialogue and again I tried the stores. Have I joined to many guilds, go out of order, or what I am clueless. I checked other threads and it seems I'm the only with this problem so I don't think its a bug. Help PLEASE!!!!!

P.S. I know I have to go to the Temple in the Vale of Ruin for my next relic, but is there someone I should talk to to get the quest or do I just go? Oh and while I have someone's attention does Varguut ever come back to get his eye?

I read some where it he will return after you have placed at least 4 of the relics in the Chamber of Spirits near Talendor.

The quest log is one of the parts of the game that wasn't ever really finished, and so you pretty much just have to remember what needs to be done, and then do it. In your case, since you completed the kenjasai quest, there aren't any more class quests that you can do. You just need to go to the draedoth temple and pick up the fourth relic, and then more of the game will open up, allowing you to get the last relic.

If you didn't, you need to talk to Staroxia to get a certain password. Also note that if you turn in the relics, you get attribute bonuses.
