Save your game before opening a chest then reload, reopen if you don't like what you get. D

  1. NagaTemple
  2. Finish your third tier class quest here if you can.
  3. Dreadoth Temple
  4. Tomb of Souls
  5. Shadow Ruins
  6. Maze of Irynthabl
Probably start Naga Temple around level 15 +/- . Even though the creatures in the Shadow Ruins are probably easier then the creatures in Dreadoth temple the boss in the Shadow ruins can be a game stopper if you're not ready so I put it toward the end. D

If you see this...

First you should focus on combo's (lvl 5 L/M/H weapons) if you haven't done that yet.
Then you should get your strength and dexterty to kindly high lvls for more damage and succesfful hit chance.
between them from time to time you should lvl lockpicks and armor/shileds, athletics atleast to lvl 4.
Thats kindly the basic thins a fighter should have.
And... spells ARE good, you just need to know how to use them (for instense... if you tried a spell and didn't damage at all it was because you need a better lvl for that spell).

These are all some great tips, thx for posting them. I also like the posting of which dungeons to go to in what order, but I was wondering about levels, what levels are recommended for each dungeon? And would your level depend on your main class?

Keep up the great tip posting

And yet another tip!

Sorry I haven't posted for a while...been busy as hell!

Here is my Tip of the Day...

Use doors as weapons! How you might ask? Try to stand in a doorway and then hit shift, and close it on yourself. The door will open and close over and over until you're dead. It will also kill your enemies as well. This is a great beginning game strategy, especially if you are low on magic or healing potions.

I've killed hundreds of rats, goblins, and sewer slimes this way in the sewers of Fargrove. It is very effective! Just run into a room if your being pursued, say, by a pack of rats. Stand inside the room facing the door just far enough away to open and close it. Then wait for them to start coming in the room and activate the door. If it closes with them outside just open it again and wait til they start coming in to start your deadly door assault.

This strategy works great anywhere that has doors that open in rooms, and it's alot of fun to hear that satisfying crunch as the door does your dirty work. Enjoy,

GW

doors

Hey GW. Have you noticed if you get the xp if you only use the door to kill something? I haven't tested it that carefully, but from what I observed it worked like the guards in Fargrove or summoning spells: you had to hit the thing once to get the xp.

Yes you're right about that. Unless you wack your target once, or fire off a token magic blast, you'll get no exp points from door warfare. However, it's only neccesary to kill the lead rat in a pack, and then you get points for the rest of the rats...Thanks to The Master for bringing this up.
