compare two skill(medium & dual medium)

if we use the same weapon (medium weapon)
what is the better damage of two skills? (medium <level 10> and dual medium <10>) ?

I did a quick search on these forums and opinions about DW seem to be mixed. Apparently DW is both buggy and works differently in different versions. That said, the short answer seems to be that DW 1 is all that you need to wield the weapon off-hand, and DW 5 (version dependant) is what you need to use combos. Any other level is irrelevant.

You just need enough melee skill to wield a weapon without penalty. Other feature would be to unlock combos.

400 medium weapons and 10 medium weapons does the same damage as long as there is no penalty to wielding the weapon.

i just wonder, a arcane skill with high level has more damage, but meele weapon hasn't?

even i increase strength, the damage of meele seems doesn't better then arcane damage.
