Charged weapons

Are the Crystal of Emptiness, Thunderin' Hammer and the Sword of Flame the only weapons that can be charged? D

Those are the only three that I can think of.

Isn't the Barbed Runeblade also *supposed* be able to be charged? I know that it doesn't seem to work. It's a sword that it recieved as a reward from the fighters guild for completing a quest.

Yes, somewhere I got the impression that the Barbtongue runeblade and the Totemic runemace could be charged but my attempts have been in fruitless. D
