can't get into see ELimdor

I'm stuck. I have completed the Ulm quest, got the armor, returned it got the mirror. Talked with the Lord and then gone back and got my reward from the widow. I can get into the Tower but when I talk to the help he just keeps telling me that his master is busy and wont see me. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions? This is the second time I have played the game fromt he start and I am still stuck. And yes I have the 1.3 patch.

The first time you enter the tower, the assistant will shoo you away, but then when you try to leave he should change his mind and call you back.

I must be missing something. I go into the tower and get the "We are not expecting visitors" answer. I talk to the servant and ask about Elimdor and get the stock supply about how worried he is. Still, we I stop the conversation all I get is farewell. Is there some other small side thing you have to do, or some pattern to speaking to the servant? Any thought are appreciated. Thanks!

Did you definitely get the quest from whoever it is in Fargrove to go and see Emmindor ?

I don't think you can leave Fargrove without the quest. So far as I know, all you have to do is try and leave the tower to be invited up to see Emmindor.

I have tried a dozen times to get himt o invite me. Seems there is some little bit I must be missing somewhere. Thanks for the advice.

Just to check everything, did you go back and step on the elevator after talking to the servant ?

I don't think he can even get to the elevator. He's still in the entry room.

I have a same problem, and I try to save/load 50 at least. But I can'T go to the lift to speak to Elmindor. And I have the 1,3 patch.
Believe or not, Im 12 level Knight Adept Paladin and I have 1400000 point to use for a skill.
