Adv Pnts & Adv Cost & -1 Penalty??

I've built my character up to where the Winged Destroyer Heavy Pole now shows only a -1 Penalty. I've built my Strength up to 50 with the other Stats all at 45. How do I get rid of that remaining -1 Penalty?

Heavy Pole Weapon skill is at 6 along with all other skills. Adv Cost (for next skill point?) is 136,371 but I already have 178,749 Adv Pnts! Why can't I increase Heavy Pole Weapons one more point?

What have I missed understanding (if any) what I need to increase in order to get rid of this last -1 Penalty?

Not sure which but you probably have to raise light weapons or light pole weapons to increase heavy pole weapons ie the heavy skill can't exceed the light skill. Save your game and raise light pole by one then see if you can raise heavy. if that doesn't work reload and try light weapons first. D

That's it--thanks. -1 Penalty is gone too. Now, if I could only decide when to stop the cheat and start playing the game again.
