Is it worth the extra 15 bucks?

I did. You get the Warden's Peak DLC with it (saving you having to buy it separately), but I'm undecided if its better to buy the vanilla game and then buy the DLC ($7 or something) instead of buying the DDE (which is $15 more). You get a few extra items, the score, some wallpapers...

Since The Stone Prisoner is included with all editions, the marketing tends to be a bit misleading. If cash is an issue, you might be better off getting the regular edition and then just buy Warden's Peak if you want it.

Dunno if it is "worth" it - I just bought it and didn't look too closely at the price, but the price difference in my currency wasn't that large, so - meh

I'm having enough hours of fun that it doesn't matter one way or the other.

Since I'm a soundtrack fanatic and dig extra items, I have to say it's worth it.

I'd buy it! It would save me from the indignifying experience of having to "feed" the vanilla edition 7$!!! (I am a cheap bastard sometimes...)

I remember buying the collector's edition of BG2; the bonus items made the extra price completely worthwhile (remember the shield of Balduran?). So the better question is, are the items in the bonus edition that good?

I don't know which editions gives which bonus items, but of the items I received was - outside Wardens Keep and Stone Prisoner - was a book which gives 3 attribute points and a book which gives a skill point, a ring which give some constitution and resistance and a "memory band" ring which should give 1% XP.
That last ring is totally useless in my opinion, but the other items are nice.
Also I have gotten some high strength heavy armor chest piece - which seems nice enough.

Doesn't sound to me as though it's worth the additional charge, especially since they're still going to add more DLC that you won't get for free with its purchase.

But then, I'm still pissed they advertised a DLC (complete with codex entries) in the game, and stuck it right in your face, in camp.

You aren't the only one, fable.

Probably not even by a long shot.

Different countries get different editions. Makes it hard to keep track...
