I can see the teleporter in his house, but can't get to it to activate the thing. Thanks again for your help.

There's another one nearby in his estate, just not in the house itself. It's well-hidden.

When you step on the portal stone ( in the room most to the west in Sir Patrick's Estate), you'll find yourself in a room with a lever and five doors, plus another portal stone to take you back outside. The idea is to use the levers in the room where you start out, plus the ones in the rooms to the north and south, to open the treasure room to the west the room most to the west. Got it?
