Problem taking items

Hi I have a problem with some items.
I can't take the "Staff of Power" the "Twilight Book" and the boy's ball in the well.I can move them but I can't take them in my inventory.
What's going on?

What do you mean you can move them, but can't take them? Can you drop them on your character? Or are they locked behind gates?

I am near the item,not behind closed doors.When I try to droop it on my character an "X" on the item appears and the item still does not become mine.

Have you tried dropping other things from your inventory, then picking up the new items?

Did you save the game, and reload it, then try to pick the goods up?
