Post Item Title Color Means???

On all equipment (Weapons, Armor, Etc.) the title of the item is a certain color. What does this designate? In Diablo II it meant that that item was part of a certain set. In DD is it worth more depending on color or a certain powerful object or what? Help!

I don't recall the exact correspondence, but one color (ordinary grey) means a simple, standard item. Another color refers to an item which can be enchanted--it can hold from one to five gems. A third color refers to items that have inherently magical properties (and which you can see by simply hovering the mouse over the item).

Talking I got it!

I contacted Larian and this is what they said:

The color of an item/weapon shows the powerfulness. The color range goes from weak to powerful:

White - Usually no bonuses
Gray - Usually one bonus
Blue - Usually 1-2 bonuses
Green - These can be good and can be found relatively early in the game
Yellow - These are powerful items with probably some charm slots and a few bonuses
Orange - These are the most powerful ones. Usually quest items and uniques of that type

Now we know!
