Hi,
being new here first a hello to everyone!
In divdiv, I got stuck with the dragon armour. No talking option with Sir Patrick about it! How do I do that one?
greetings,
cccc

SPOILER!

One has to start the Axe of Stone quest before venturing after the Dragon Armour. I will extrapolate if necessary.

Hi Mr. Sleep,
for being rather slow in typing I kept it short; here the LP-version:
I did all the parts of the stoneaxe-quest, took the letter with proof for kingīs brother`s guilt with me to the dwarfen king, had my talk with him and with grischa about the armour, went to Sir Patrick and - no talking option! Only about Dante and some money. Is the second time I fail this one (first time, a few weeks ago, being that frustrated I killed Sir patrick)
So if possible, please give me a hint about the order how to get this option to talk with Sir P. about the armour. (Itīs only because I want to see this thing once, going as the female warrior I prefer the Mithril armour anyway; have got the Larian Armour already and was rather disappointed about the randomized ?values? you get)
Thanks in advance,
cccc

btw, being not a native speaker: whatīs a "spoiler"?

Have you picked up the Dragon Heart from the Warriors Guild quest, once you have spoken to the warriors guild leader about the heart it might set the quest off. Also try talking to the smith. I also did the assasin's guild quest involving Sir Dante before taking on the Sir Patrick thing.

Spoiler means to spoil part of the game giving away clues that people might not want to know. It might ruin their experience.

Hi MrSleep,
thanks for the reply; if I see it right, the order of things would be: Stone Axe quest, to the dwarven king with the letter, to Grischa the smith, and then the Dragon Heart; and maybe even the Sir Dante-job before I get the option talking with Sir Patrick?!? What a way to solve that thingie....and, I fear, for an armour thatīs maybe nice but by no means outstanding....
Iīll give it another try, thanks for the hints again,

spoiler: Remembering the things you need to get the Larian Armour, Iīd never would have found that out by trial and error; thatīs , in that case, not spoiling, but helping the game on the way or giving the possibility to solve that special one...

Well the way I did it was pretty much the way you said apart from I had the Dragon Heart first, but I don't think that has any actual effect. My route was, Dwarven King, Grischa, Sir Patrick and back to Grischa with heart that I had collected before. It is difficult to say what your problem is. Perhaps you have not expended the dialogues with Patrick?

Hi MrSleep,
I actually started the running game alone for this Armour, and followed all the hints I found connected with it. The last game, when I killed Sir P., I had the Dragon Heart before I got the Quest; maybe this time it works, searching for that after being given the quest. And not to expend the dialogues with Sir P.? I tried all the (few) options which are there, ran back to king and smith, tried again --- no way yet. But maybe as soon as I have the heart....
thx again
