Bug after ringing the bell of gathering...

Hey, I'm at the council of seven and all the council-members are there. Zandalor tells me to ring the bell. When I do, the sequence starts as it's supposed to do, but when I am supposed to reappear as the divine one in the wastelands, instead I reappear a bit northwest of the council of seven (I can see that on the automap) and everthing is black and I can't do anything... I've tried loading and doing it again several times, but the same thing happens...

What the heck is wrong?

From what I've read on other forums, this is caused by playing the game without the CD. The only way to do that is to use a special trick patch that puts all the game files on your computer, or to be using a cracked/downloaded version of the game.

The developers designed this one cut-scene to REQUIRE the CD to be in the drive to come out of it in the right place. So, if either of the above things matches your situation, the only solution is to put the game CD in the drive and ring the bell again.
