What now?

So now I've maxed thorns and i maxed zeal or i have 19 and will max it next level. So what should i choose now? I only have 89 max mana so i dont need a skill that needs alot of mana because i dont have much. What should i get next?

You shouldn't have maxed thorns :P

I'd put 10 points in Holy Shield, and max Fanatiscism. It's much more effective than Thorns.

I am no Pally specialist, but unfortunately I have to agree with Moltovir that maxing Thorns was a bad idea. If you want to use Zeal as you main attack, you can either make:
a Zealot (max Zeal, Fanatism, Sacrifice and Holy Shield, the rest in Defiance)
a Frost Zealot (max Zeal, Holy Freeze, Resist Cold, Salvation/Sacrifice, rest in Holy Shield)
a Dreamer (max Zeal, Holy Shield, Resist Lightning and Charge)
a Dream Zealot (max Zeal, Conviction, Holy Shield and Resist Lightning, the rest in Sacrifice)
or a Smealot (max Zeal, Fanatism, Holy Shield, Smite and Sacrifice).

All these builds have variations, but I don't know any good one that includes high level Thorns. If you plan to continue playing your current Pally, I would give the same advice as Moltovir: Max Fanatism and Sacrifice, the put points in Holy Shield. I am not sure how viable your build will be in Hell though, maxing Thorns is really a lot of wasted skill points.
