Multiple player simulation?

Hey there!

I´ve been away from LOD for a year or so.....

I was wondering if it still is possible to simulate "more" players using a command in the chat window?

Does it work, or has it been removed with some patch??

And also, i´m playing a Sorc and would like to join some Clan if all possible.....

That feature does still exist, but the 1.10 patch changed it a little.

Previously, you typed (iirc) "players x" and the game would set difficulty to reflect a multiplayer game with x players in it. X in this case is the number 1-8 depending on how buff you want the monsters to be.
Now you type "/players x" and the game engine will confirm this with a response "players set to x".

The FPS command was changed the same way I believe. Before you typed "fps" and the game would give you frames per rate stats and would display your ping duration. Now you type "/fps" to get the same data, although the ping duration is meaningless if you are playing single player.

The fps command works in sp or mp, but the players x command only works in sp.
