Huuurgghh (Hardcore deaths)

My 50-something ish hardcore necromancer just died today, and it was annoying to say the least. Dac Farren in Act 5 nightmare just exploded in a frost nova mushroom cloud and depleted my almost-full health bubble to 0. Should have been more careful... "Huuuurrrrgh!" I imagine it would be even more annoying if your character dies somewhere near the end of hell... So what were your most frustrating hardcore character deaths?

I only got my poor hardcore Paladin up to lvl 24 or so before he bit the big one, bugger knows how I died, (lag I think). Got me so annoyed I broke a plate....temper, temper!

I actually never died before coming up the above lvl 80 when playing HC, I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing, but I sure was pissed when they died

my first hc char lasted to level 52 and was then pk'd by the trigger hack

after that they never got above level 45

I play HC exclusivly and i have lost ungodly amounts of lvls and gear

but i think the most annoying ways to go are:

a) Fire enchanted bug- i dont know if its just certain unique bosses that are bugged or what but, my lvl70 somthin barb with over 2k life and max fire res died when Talic (the ancient) exploded If i see FE boss i stay the hell away!

b) Iron Maiden curse... I HATE IT!! you could be norm rushing with a 70+ melee char. enter the chaos sanctuary and kill urself with one hit.. done that too many times... but i finally got smart

c) Trigger pk'ers... god i hate them.. but now that i have lost so many chars to them i can usually see them coming and get outta the area fast!
