Hero/Character Editors

Can anybody tell me where to find a working character editor? I have downloaded several and cannot seem to find one that works...Everybody seems to like Jamella's, but I cannot get that to work either.

(I know most of you are rpobably going to lynch me for the heresy of wanting a character editor, but tough ****, it's my loss not yours!)

Jamella's editor has not been updtaed for quite some while and only work with vanilla Diablo version 1.04 I think. I have yet to find an editor that can create 1.10 chars for LoD, but if I do I'm sure to pass the link on to here...
