Stuck on Diablo

Hello...need a bit of help here. Started playing Diablo and got the first 2 quests done. How do I get the 3rd? I've talked to every NPC multiple times and can't seem to get Ogden to tell me about the quest for the king (the King Leoric one). I've cleared all 3 dungeon levels and can't find the entrance to the king's tomb which I know is on level 3. Help please! Thanks.

I'm afraid this might be one of the quests you won't see on your playthrough. Diablo randomizes your list of available quests much like it randomizes dungeons. If you'd make a new character you might be able to get the Leoric quest but miss out on some others.
