| | | House of Nature Hey guys, I was just wondering, where exactly is House of Nature anyway? I've been working on this future campaign which basically has one of the druid characters of a friend of mine, venture into Mielikki's plane. Problem is I don't know where in the cosmos it is. I've tried looking it up in my books but it just said her plane is called the House of Nature, and she shares it with her father Silvanus. But is it in Acheron? Or in the Beastlands? Or Elysium? Can anyone help? ^^ |

| | | Certainly not Archeron, which is a NE plane. I'd personally say Beastlands, but it could be in Elysium as well (a gateway between the planes, or a bridge even, like Yggdrasil).
<Shrug> put it wherever you want. Don't tell the players even, just say that they are in "Mielikki's Realm" and leave it blank specifically where that is.
Cheers,
TGHO

| | By the House of Nature, do you mean the plane from the Forgotten Realms cosmos?
If so, then it is a neutral plan, somewhere between the World Tree (the good planes) and the River of Blood (evil). An illustration of such is given in the campaign accessory Player's Guide to Faerun.
Speaking of which, should this really belong in the Forgotten Realms forum?

| | FR has its own Planar system now? I thought that FR just used the base system, same as Greyhawk and the other worlds. Eberron was the only world system which had completely different planes, I thought.
Cheers,

Cheers,
TGHO | Nope, it's had its own cosmos for possibly 10 years now. My approximations are that it was regulated at the beginning of 3rd Edition.

| | | That's a real shame though, I mean I really wanted to know where it was ^^ I even asked a guy in school who's been playing D&D for a while and he didn't know either. I checked Planewalker.com and didn't find jack. Guess I'm going to have to do what I normally do, make them go to Sigil, and directly from there get to the House of Nature. |

Have you checked pgs. 158 and 159? That page BRIEFLY describes the realms of the deities of HoN.

No building or craft spoils the pure beauty of nature here, and no divine palace or carved hall rises above the trees of delves beneath the mountains. Animals roam unfettered across the plane, sharing its bounty with the petitioners in peaceful coexistence.
It also sais here, that there's a permantent portal in the Gulthmere Forest in the Dragon Coast. Alright then, I got my campaign ^.^ To the Dragon Coast! |

| | | Galuf, this topic indeed belongs in the FM forum.
Sorry, I hadn't thought of it yet, I'll move it right now.
