Just exactly that. If you have such a site or one that needs help for development, post the link here. Bear in mind, this isn't for sites that involve any charge at any point, or for sites that offer any commercial links or involvement. Commercial ads are not allowed, and any posts like that will be removed, and their creators, banned.
