Faerun questions

Hellooooooooooo.
Those are my questions:
1. In Icewind Dale there are so called Ten Town. It's Bremen, Targos...and what is the name of the rest of them?
2. There are four continents in Toril: Faerun, Kara-tur and Maztica...but what is the ´name of the fourth one?

1. Bremen, Targos, Termalaine, Lonelywood, Caer-Konig, Caer-Dineval, Easthaven, Good Mead, Dougan's Hole and... Bryn Shander?

2. Zakhara!

Yes Bryn Shander is actually the most important town of the Ten Towns as it is the central (and walled) trading town.
The Ten Towns cluster around three lakes: Maer Dualdon, Lac Dinneshere, and Redwaters...just FYI.
