Well, the thing about Eberron that irritated me was that I was forced, once again, to come down from the rafters. After being spoiled with high levels, powerful epic spells, and devestating pisonics in FR, I found it disconcerting to being forced to used Magic Missiles and Acid Arrows again. I suppose it makes everything tactical again; no more Time Stops and Ludicrously Powerful Spells that Destroy Everything in Sight (tm), you actually have to think before you cast now. I don't know; I suppose I could get used to it, but in FR I only tolerated the early stages because I knew great power awaited me later on. With level 16 as a high-end, that doesn't seem likely in Eberron. In addition, I'm just not used to the universe yet, and what with the problems my DM seems to have with it, it doesn't seem I'll have much oppurtunity to get used to it in the future...
