Actually, there are a total of 4 new races within Eberron, not including the Races of Eberron book.

Kalashtar, a quasi dream human with psychic adaptation.

Warforged, a live cnstruct of fighting capabilities.

Shifter, a part lycanthrope who can shift into new forms for a number of rounds, kinda like a rage without the fatigue.

Changeling, a human of doppelganger decent, able to change their form into something else of humanoid as a disguise.

But, it's of little relavence as the races of this campaign are not the heart of it.
