Watchers Keep

I'm almost finished with the game, so I though I'd go back and finish off Watchers Keep. The problem is, I can't get down to the lower levers. I come to the level where the four different "elemental" rooms are, but I can't enter the next passage, because I'm told a greater force is pulling me back. I have forgot what I need to enter the next level, and I don't know if I longer have it.

You need four scepters, scepter of fire, scepter of ice, etc.
Best way to start is in the northwest room and work your way east.

Oh, and don't forget to loot the chromatic demon... he has the portal key. If you don't have the key you get the message about the greater force pulling you back.

Also make sure the portal key Coot mentioned isn't in your bag of holding because the game doesn't see it and you get the same message.
