The four Scepter Keys

I've gotten all the keys except the fire scepter. There are supposed to be fire elementals in the fire chamber but when I went in there weren't any enemies in the room.
What do I do?

It is best to approach the fire eles from the cold area. If you approach the room from the SE door, you should run into a Fire Giant. You cannot kill him until you kill the greater eles. You can lure them into the frost office and hack 'em down - there are about 4 of them. OR keep everyone out of sight and use a buffed up guy with speed (boots or potion/spell) and make them follow you into the cold referigerator room. They freeze solid and die - if you aren't buffed vs cold, you slow down. Once all of the eles are dead, then you hack on the fire giant. The scepter is on him.
