If I give a piece of my soul to Sarevok or Imoen give her soul to Sarevok, does it effect on the game?

For the purpose of playing the game it does not make any difference who gives Sarevok a part of their soul. The only difference is that if Imoen gives her soul then some of the later dialog between the 2 NPCs is more amusing

While it could be said that anybody who plays ToB automatically knows this, a lot of people are reading this category who have only played SoA, yet.
