Shuruppak's Plate

Hello all this is my 1st post.
Shuruppak's Plate loot from Yaga Shura is certainly the best plate armor of the game:
+1 to dexterity
+20% fire resistance
armor class: -2
Unfortunatly, when i equip a character with, its give a damn +1 malus to the thac0, and this isnt write in the armor status...
Mmmmm...I think its a bug!
I have to say that i got the french version of SoA and ToB, and the ToB patch for this version isnt yet out.
So i'd like to know if someone got this bug too, and if the patch fix it... (if it's a bug!)
I WANNA USE THIS ARMOR!!!

It is a bug. It also decreases movement rate by 2. I should have the fix online in a couple of days. Also fixed Limited Wish +2 and Gromnir's FP +2; same effects.

what is the limited wish+2?

Limited wish +2 presumably refers to the plate armour you can get by casting the limited wish spell.
