Man, this guy keeps *****ing about our Reputation, I just want to know a few things.

Where when and how long b4 I can make him good? I know there's a way to do it through dialouge, but with 20 Rep, I fear he'll be gone b4 he "Joins the Light Side of the Force"

You can still turn yourself into the Slayer 2 or 3 times, you'll then have 16 (14?) reputation, and Sarevok won't complain (He complains if your rep is over 18 i believe)
Moreover, the dialogues that make him turn good are on a random timer.
May happen at the beginning of ToB, or may not happen at all

Sarevok complains, but never leaves. Don't worry.
About the dialogs, yes they are random.
If you have Ascension installed though, they're "forced" to
happen.
But in order to convert him, I think is better to let him join
WITHOUT asking for the oath.
This will surprise him a lot.
