Sarevok's last dialogue

Annoyingly, Sarevok seems to be reluctant to start his last dialogue (with Ascension) after defeating the Ravager. What do I need to stick in the console to prompt him to do it?

If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.
