Resting in Pocket Plane - bug?

I've been using the 'SpellTrap-Project Image-Powerword Kill' method of refreshing the spellbook, or altering memorized spells. This has worked well throughout ToB so far. However, on two occasions I have noticed that after the party rests in the pocket plane strange things have happened. My (upgraded) uber Nalia will, for example, set her Chain Contingency, fill up two sequencers, and begin the process of filling up the spellbook again using the spelltrap method. When the party has rested in the plane, it seems that the Spell Trap absorbs an infinite number of spell levels, and then when the projected image is slain, a look at her spell book reveals that none of the greyed out spells have returned to her spellbook. After the last rest, I tried heading to watcher's keep to refill the spellbook, but even after zoning twice the spell trap she cast (now in WK somewhere) was the same infinite variety, and no spells were restored.

On both the occasions this has happened, I have reloaded (fortunately I always save game before a rest) and headed elsewhere to rest, after which there have been no problems with spell trap.

Another bug I noticed is that after we rest in the Pocket Plane, my main character's ability 'Scribe Scrolls' does not work: he casts it ok with the usual graphic, but no scrolls appear in inventory.

I had a similar problem. With me it was my health when resting. I had it set to "Rest Until healed" and I went to regain my health. I would have to press Z 10 times or so to fully heal. The only solution I could come up with is to Uninstall and Reinstall the game.
