Question question about backstab and magic resist

if the creature can see invisiable character, can i use thief to backstab him?
there are two equipments to shorten casting time,if i'm a wildmage and use his specific magic(forgotten the name) to cast magic,do they work too?
there are a lot of parties of creatures having resistance to magic in Throne of Bhaal,if i don't want to use the level5 magic to decrease their resistance, how to defeat them?(i'm a wildmage solo)

No you cannot. If a hostile creature can see your invisible character and doesn't attack him, you can backstab.

A Wild Mage is more than capable in soloing both games.

Nahal's is cast instantly, however, after you choose what spell you want to cast through it, the items do affect those spells.

Some groups that have magic resistance to certain spells, aren't fully resistant. You can always kill them by using summons.

Yes you can get multiple points of experience if you free them again afterwards then imprison them again. Some people and monsters are immune to Imprison, but most of those are in TOB.

Spoiler
If you had illithid control collars, you could control a monster, Imprison it, Free it and it wouldn't be hostile. Allowing one to Imprison a monster to heart's content. Doing this on a dragon could be pretty lucritive, though most dragons seem immune to the control collars.

cast a scroll of mislead and keep the image away from danger.

You'll be safe from most enemies.
