Please do a search on the word "busy" in this forum, and also in the SoA forum. Try out the suggestions there. (Search is your friend, because you don't have to wait for a response X hours or days later from somebody, and you can get a lot more hits gathered over several years.) In fact--I don't know how your first page is setup for viewing threads, but mine shows a thread exactly like yours on this first page. Possibly it's on your second.
In any case, if search doesn't work, and the thread I refer to doesn't help, then feel free to start up a thread like this.
But since the site owner doesn't want duplicative threads in the database, I'm closing this one. For now.
