Kiser - Spoiler

I believe Kiser is supposed to get me to kill someone - but he wont! He just tells me to go.

its been a while since i played so can't remember names. who's kiser and whereabouts in the game do you meet him?

ok, just looked at the walkthrough and you need to speak to the countess to learn that kiser is responsible for the kidnap before he will try to bargain with you

I got there in the end. I didn`t realise I had to see the countess first.
