Hmm, a quick check in Infinity Explorer gets MISC41 for a star sapphire.

thanks, I thought that there was just a Sapphire gem too, not a star sapphire...maybe I was wrong. I have an item list on paper but I was wondering if there was a good file available for download somewhere that listed all items and codes. If so, I'd appreciate a link.

I haven't tried any of these files, because I just use the Infinity Explorer utility, but it looks like there are some good item list files there.
